Beyond our current services, like common areas cleanness, security, access control etc; we are always looking for new facilities and services to attend the companies present in this building. Below some examples:
- Fire Protection: We have permanent team of firemen, avaliable at the extension 200.
- Maintenance: We have our own maintenance team, ready to make all the related services - from construction to electric and hydraulic repairs. These services are available to our tenants, and everything is made in a way to not interfere on the current activities of their employees.
- Access Control: Our electronic access control system manages the access of employees and visitors of the Condominium. It's extremely versatile, having made our reception rooms more efficient, and it perfectly matches with the companies present in this building. The systen's flexibility allow us to register many different types of access permissions, and the identification cards are personalized for each company. When requested by the tenants, we can provide many types of reports with information about the entrance and exit of the people. We can also supply detailed visitors reports with information about the departments and employees which were visited.
- Vallet Service: There isn't any need of tearing the vacancies to attend well the visitors that come to the building by motorized vehicles. Our vallet service takes care of the visitors vehicles without any additional cost for the companies and neither for the visitors.
- Mess Hall: We have a wide mess hall. We attend all the tenants employees that bring their own meals.
